Gorilla Perfume by Lush 1000 Kisses Deep review:

Hi there lovely people,

As promised, I am reviewing my second Gorilla Perfume- 1000 Kisses Deep.

Main notes are : Mandarin, osmanthus, labdanum, myrrh, musk

Lush.com says “An exquisite and delicate apricot-note from osmanthus blossoms, combined with a touch of citrus and deep resins, expresses the complexities of true love. It encompasses the whole spectrum of feelings, the powerful rush of emotion, and conveys the abstract. 

Mark created 1,000 Kisses Deep in honour of the lasting love he shares with his wife.”

I have to say when I got this I was so excited I could barley contain myself.  Unfortunately,  upon first whiff I actually cringed. Yes- I said cringed. I know it is pretty much un-heard of from me when speaking of any Lush product, but folks I told you I would give my honest opinion and well….

Let me tell you why- it smells like soap.

With a hint of orange.

No myrrh, no musk.

I even tried wearing it  for a few days straight.  Many Lush perfume start one way, and dry down to something totally different, but not this- not on me anyways.

So with much sadness I am going to have to say, this will not be missed from me.:(
